Ingredients

250gm frozen raspberries

3 tablespoons water

2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a small pan. Bring to the boil and gently cook for 6-7 minutes until the raspberries have broken down. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
