This is a great way to get greens into kids and takes less than 5 minutes to make! It is calorie dense to keep up with busy kids and has benefits of calcium, protein, good fats and omegas from walnuts. My kids love beige carbs and love the sauce on top so a winner at our house!

Serves 2 kids

2 cups cooked pasta of your choice (I like to use a mix of standard pasta and pulse pasta to add some protein)

Sauce

1 cup plant milk

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup walnuts

small handful of greens eg baby spinach or basil or parsley

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon miso paste

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bullet or blender and blend until smooth.

Warm and serve over pasta with nutritional yeast parmesan crumble
