It feels like summer is in the air and this means its ice block time! Ice blocks can be a great way of getting fruit and veges into the kids (or adults). This recipe is a hit with my toddler and he doesn’t even know he is eating his greens!

Makes 8 ice blocks

1/4 cup dairy free yoghurt

1 1/2 cups plant based milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1-2 small cubes frozen spinach (optional)

Blend up all ingredients and pour into ice block molds to freeze. Or just drink it as a delicious smoothie if you cant wait.
